Thanks Jake ! Your ‘set-up’ turns help me a lot ! Though I tried these before, but they were so confusing, easy to scramble the cube.
I’ll be watching these videos again & again…now with a visual hint, I’d have a good grasp of what’s happening around the cube !
I have to tell all my friends about these vids.
Awesome! Thanks for checking them out and I hope they help you and your friends. If you run into any cases that stump you, feel free to ask
Hi Jake, Master Skewb is still my favorite to solve !
I have encountered a few cases but i can solve them, thanks to your videos.
Err, Jake, can you solve Starminx ?
Sweet! I’m happy to have helped! I’m a fan of all the Skewb puzzles and variants so the Master Skewb is one of my favs too!
I recently picked up a Starminx and a Helicopter Dodecahedron, I haven’t considered posting any tutorials as they solve similar to other puzzles out there. Where are you getting stuck?
Starminx gets me really confusing ! It’s funny when when my friends say that if I could solve a cubic puzzle, i could solve the rest or at least part of it…but seriously, maybe it’s me…I’m just not independent enough to do things on my own, I just need to see the methods/ways then…everything would be briskly easy for me ! ha!ha!
Haha, I know exactly what you mean. I’m sure you can do it if you sit down with the puzzle for a bit. The more you play, the more you learn haha! I try and break it down by completing a side and then working on the adjacent corner groups. Good luck and keep working at it! I believe in you
thanks very much for the video!
I tried to figure it out just with the algs but couldn’t get past placing the edges… seeing how the setup turns works makes it so much easier!
definately a fun cube to solve
cheers again!
Thanks Matt! This is a fun one, I’m glad you were able to figure it out!
